We would prefer 48 hours cancellation notice, this is so we can offer your time for another client.

You don’t need to bring anything for your treatment, comfortable clothes might be preferred for your own comfort. We supply disposable underpants for your treatment if you prefer.
Here at Mountain Cottage Spa we have one treatment room for stand-alone treatments only. We are able to do consecutive bookings with 15 minutes in between to refresh the room.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior your treatment to allow enough time to fill out the customer consultancy form. This will give you the time to comfortably fill in form and not miss any of your treatment time. This is only a small spa and we won’t be able to extend your treatment time as this would take time away from another customer.
You can phone, send us a text or email us to make a booking. Since we are only a small spa there is no receptionist, so if there is no answer we are probably in treatment, just go ahead and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We check the phone and email several times a day so the response shouldn’t be too long. Thank you for your understanding.
